Government Official Reveals New IT Strategy  
The IT industry occupied 17 percent of GDP and more than 33 percent of the Korea's exports in 2007. Over 95 percent of Korean households have subscribed to the high-speed Internet and buy IT goods, including memory chips, display products and mobile phones.
